Scope of Work
LIMINALSTAR’s role is advisory. Services will be provided as outlined in the selected tier. Additional work outside this scope may require a new agreement.

Ownership & Use
All materials delivered are for internal strategic use only. Redistribution or commercial reuse requires written consent.

Confidentiality
Information you share during our engagement will be kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

Payment & Scheduling
Full payment is due upfront for Bronze and Silver. Gold engagements are billed monthly. Sessions must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise arranged.

No Guarantees
While LIMINALSTAR provides professional insight and recommendations, outcomes depend on factors beyond our control.

Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
